Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that you reschedule/cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. No shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be charged a 30% fee. You can manage your appointment with the link sent at the time of booking!
RESCHEDULING POLICY
All appointments must be rescheduled 48-24 hours before your original scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a new $25 deposit to be made for a new appointment.
LATE POLICY
There is no additional charge for tardiness. However if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled. I will do my best to accommodate, but will prioritize the appointment of the following guest.
PAYMENT POLICY
To reserve an appointment a $25 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your service. The remaining balanced is preferred to be paid in cash (please bring exact change). Other forms of payment accepted are Apple Pay, Quadpay, Tap to Pay, and charging the card on file. Please note a 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all card transactions.
